This service allows individuals or families to hire and manage their own caregivers under the Medicaid waiver program. Clients receive the flexibility to select trusted individuals (even family members) who best understand their personal needs, creating a more familiar and supportive care experience.

Yes. All our services are Medicaid-approved. We are certified by DODD and working towards approval from ODA. We also work with partner organizations including Aetna, Molina, CareSource, Buckeye Health Plan, Anthem, and more.
Yes, through our Participant-Directed Homemaker Personal Care service, clients and families can choose and manage their own caregivers — often someone they already know and trust.
